What are the Different Fluency Levels?

Fluency refers to how well a student has learned the four domains of the English language: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. In some countries, there are at least 12 fluency levels. In the US, however, there are three main categories that identify the degree of fluency for non-native English speakers. They are beginner, intermediate and advanced.

Beginning students are those who speak very little English. They may be able to say a few introductory sentences. However, they cannot communicate on a functional level. This school, I can honestly say care about the students and their learning experience more than anything else. I graduated with an associate degree in IT in 2024, the teachers are really helpful and would host bootcamps on fridays to revise the materials done during the week. This institution believes that no one should be left behind and works assiduously to ensure that the students are successful.

The staff member at ICT are very helpful and very professional. They are always kind and put their efforts to guide the students through the learning process.
