This FAQ page is designed to give you quick, helpful answers about our programs, campuses, admissions process, financial aid, and student support services so you can make informed decisions about your education and your future.

Interactive College of Technology offers career-focused programs in Information Technology, Business Administration, Medical Office Administration, HVAC, Commercial Refrigeration, and Vocational English (VESL). Programs are available as Associate of Science degrees or diploma options.


ICT has campuses in Georgia, Kentucky, and Texas:

  • Georgia: Gainesville, Chamblee (North Atlanta), Morrow (South Atlanta)
  • Kentucky: Newport (near Cincinnati)
  • Texas: Pasadena, North Houston, Southwest Houston

Yes. ICT is accredited by the Council on Occupational Education (COE), a nationally recognized accrediting agency. Each location is also licensed by its state regulatory agency.


Accreditation allows eligible students to apply for federal financial aid and ensures your education meets recognized academic standards valued by employers. It also ensures that our programs meet established standards for quality and oversight


Yes. Financial aid is available for those who qualify, including grants, loans, and other programs. Our team will guide you through the financial aid process and help you understand your options.


Tuition varies by program. You can view tuition and fee information on our website in the Student Catalog. Our admissions team can also walk you through your options and provide a detailed estimate based on your program of interest.


Yes. Several academic programs offer online or hybrid learning options, allowing you to balance school with work and family. On-campus classes are also available for students who prefer in-person learning.


Yes. Some programs include hands-on training that must be completed on campus, especially in IT, HVAC, Commercial Refrigeration, and Medical Office Administration programs.


ICT’s Vocational ESL program teaches English for real-world, professional use. Students learn communication skills, workplace vocabulary, and practical language needed for career advancement.


Learning a new language at a conversational level requires developing seven key areas: speaking, listening, pronunciation, reading, writing, vocabulary, and grammar. We teach all of these areas.


Yes. ICT provides career services to assist with job placement. Services include resume assistance, interview preparation, and ongoing job search support after graduation.


You can apply online or speak with an admissions representative. Our team is available to assist you through each step, including program selection, documentation, and the enrollment process.


Yes. ICT welcomes international students and provides guidance through the F-1 visa process for eligible Associate of Science degree programs.


Program length varies. Diploma programs can typically be completed in one year, while associate degrees usually take approximately two years.


Yes. If you already have college credits or can show proficiency from life experience, our academic team will assess your level of knowledge and can award your credits toward your diploma or degree.


Yes. We have an agreement with both DeVry University and Morehead State University. They will accept credits from our occupational programs toward a Bachelor’s Degree. 


We offer flexible schedules for adult learners:

  • Day classes: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Evening classes: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Full-time students typically attend 4–5 days per week.
