ICT’s HVAC/R Technology program is built for students who want hands-on training in both HVAC and refrigeration systems.
The program covers residential and commercial refrigeration, heating systems, controls, electrical circuits, and safety, while also helping students prepare for EPA refrigerant certification and NATE-related knowledge. With a strong focus on practical skills, this HVAC/R training program helps students prepare for a wide range of technician and support roles.

Certificações EPA e NATE
Students receive preparation related to EPA refrigerant handling and NATE certifications. These industry-recognized milestones, test HVAC knowledge and demonstrate a mastery of the subject to employers.
135 horas de experiência no mundo real
Students complete a 135-hour externship with a partnering company, giving them the opportunity to apply their training in a real career environment and work alongside experienced HVAC professionals.

The program also introduces light refrigeration concepts so students gain broader exposure to the systems, components, and service needs found across HVAC/R environments.

Career Support That Lasts
Graduates also receive Lifetime Career Placement Support. This program is approved for VA benefits and is currently available at the Newport, Chamblee and Pasadena campuses.
